Personel Unit Jatanras Polsek Padang Bolak akhirnya mengamankan tiga perampok yang beraksi di rumah salah satu pasangan suami istri di Kecamatan Haholongan, Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara (Paluta), Sumatera Utara.
Kawanan ini tergolong keji karena selain menguras harta benda, mereka memperkosa korban di hadapan suaminya.
Peristiwa
sadis ini terjadi Sabtu (19/05/2021) dini hari. Saat itu, korban SH
bersama dengan istrinya PS yang tinggal di salah satu rumah di kawasan
perkebunan karet, Kecamatan Halongonan di datangi para pelaku.
"Saat
itu, para pelaku mengetuk pintu rumah korban dengan alasan meminta air
minum," ujar Kapolres Tapanuli Selatan AKBP Roman Smaradhana, Rabu
(23/05/2021).
Setelah
pintu dibuka, pelaku yang diketahui bernama CR, RH dan AMT menodongkan
senjata api rakitan dan pisau ke leher korban. Ketiga pelaku kemudian
mengikat korban agar tidak melawan. Selanjutnya, mereka masuk ke dalam
kamar korban dan melihat istrinya PS sedang tidur.
Usai
memerkosa istri korban, para pelaku kemudian 'menjarah' uang korban Rp
600 ribu, dua unit ponsel dan satu unit sepeda motor. Kemudian, mereka
kabur meninggalkan korban. Atas peristiwa itu, korban pasutri ini
membuat laporan polisi ke Mapolsek Padang Bolak dengan nomor:
LP/205/IX/2020/TPS/BOLAK tanggal (26/05/2021).

Tapsel AKBP Roman S Elhaj memerintahkan Kapolsek Padang Bolak AKP
Zulfikar dan Kanitreskrim Ipda Hendra Anil Siregar bersama tim Sat
Reskrim Polres Tapsel melakukan penyelidikan dan penangkapan terhadap
ketiga tersangka.
Tersangka
CR ditangkap di Desa Pargarutan, Kecamatan Angkola Timur, Kabupaten
Tapsel pada tanggal (05/06/2021). Kemudian, tersangka RH diamankan
tangal (09/06/2021) di Desa Sijungkang, Kecamatan Angkola Timur,
Kabupaten Tapsel. Dan tersangka AMT diamankan pada tanggal (10/05/2020)
di Desa Sialaman Julu, Kecamatan Sipirok, Kabupaten Tapsel.
Atas
perbuatannya, ketiga tersangka dikenakan Pasal 365 ayat 2 dan Pasal 285
ayat 2 KUHP pidana dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 12 tahun penjara.
